I have produced some anatomy sketches of male sheep. Whilst I want my characters to remain gender-neutral, so the players can choose what to play as, I believe the male sheep has more interesting horns that look intimidating and cool. I found a mixture of sheep/ram that have two and four horns. The moorland sheep has the moor classic curved horns, whereas the Jabob's sheep has four horns.
